In the present clinical case study, the aim is to increase the knowledge in the management of multifragary fractures of the humeral pallet.
Today the definitive management of these fractures presents a great challenge for the specialist in traumatology, taking into account the limitation it suffers from not having on many occasions the necessary material to successfully develop the procedures, that is why we highlight the present clinical case with favorable results for the functionality of the affection member.
Given the complexity of the fracture, the patient was admitted to the orthopedic and trauma department where complementary imaging tests were developed, which demonstrated the level of damage to the elbow joint. once the problem present in the extremity has been raised, the different approaches and solutions with the osteosynthesis material are discussed with the medical team, deciding on a later approach with osteotomization of olecranon, which would allow us a great field of vision, after the reduction process it is decided to discharge medical and periodic assessments by the outpatient service for its follow-up and successful rehabilitation.
