Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present a clinical case of a 44-years old adult woman with an established diagnosis of breast cancer, and possible lung metastases, who recently also diagnosed with SARS COV19, remaining asymptomatic of the latter. However, Due to the lack of timely chemotherapeutic treatment, there is evidence of a deterioration in the quality of life due to secondary dysphagia due to oncological lymph node hypertrophy. As part of the adjuvant treatment, he was prescribed a dexamethasone scheme during the fifteen days of isolation, showing not only an improvement in swallowing food, but also in pulse oximetry values.
